our terms
We are an independent print and digital publisher out of Midtown Manhattan. We publish books, philosophy, and experimental text that corporate publishers won't touch. We don't do vague talk, hidden clauses, or legal traps.
Our deal is simple:
- You keep your copyright: You retain 100% ownership of your work.
- The P-Line: RAM only holds the distribution and retail rights for 1 to 3 years. After that, you can walk away.
- 50/50 Split: All profit is split exactly down the middle.
- Clean Exit: If you want out, our contract has clear, direct exit options from day one.
We believe in honesty and straight-forward partnerships. If you want to pitch a manuscript, send it over. If you don't like the terms, you don't have to sign.
